Thank you.

I didn’t know how to write about this. I still don’t, so I will probably be a little more open about this subject as I process my feelings, but Tuesday afternoon I got a text that I never expected, nor does anyone want to receive.

It wasn’t from my sister, but from my mom who was visiting and taking little Linds to the doctor’s office.

I ran to the phone and called home immediately. I was leaving school midway through the day to be with my family; something I hadn’t done to this point ever in my working career, and I felt especially bad because my co-worker also had a substitute.

I did what I felt was right and I am glad I did.

Thank you for everyone’s support the last few days. Your prayers and kind words have been much appreciated.

  1. *hugs* I haven’t been keeping up with entries as much since I’m on OT at work, but seeing the post tags, I’m getting an idea of what’s going on. Very sorry about this, will definitely keep you in my thoughts… *hugs*

  2. Oh no. I just saw your comment on my posts about re-gaining periods on Calorie Count – so I came over to see your blog and saw this. I am so so sorry – my sister in law miscarried and it is just the most upsetting thing. Lots of love to you and your family – I’ll try and post again when times are happier. xox

  4. Share when, how, and IF you feel like it will be helpful to YOU. ❤

  5. Your family will be in my heart. I am so sorry for your loss. The loss always leaves you wondering, what if. My 3rd pregnancy was a miscarriage, but I later had a wonderful daughter to go with son 1 and daughter 2. I wish your family the same luck that I had. Caron

  6. I am SO sorry. There are no words that can make the situation better—my SIL lost her son at 8 months pregnant a couple years ago and it still seems like yesterday. Hug your family ❤
